We asked MSC to clean and sanitise a buy-to-let property where a tenancy was coming to an end. The house had not been properly cleaned for some time and was looking very much the worse for wear. But Maria's team tackled the job with admirable thoroughness and energy and when we visited the house in the evening we were really impressed with the job that had been done. We were greeted in a very friendly way and shown around the entire property; and it was clear that every nook and cranny had been meticulously cleaned: floors, carpets, walls, fridge, cooker, and the kitchen sink....At the same time it was obvious that the team had respected all the Covid-19 safety rules throughout. We would happily recommend MSC to anyone who is looking for a serious deep clean. The terms of the contract and the methods of work were explained clearly to us from beginning to end so that we were always fully aware of what we would be paying for, and it was definitely money well spent.

Although I’m usually a hard woman to please, Maria and her team were excellent. They offer such a quality service that is second to none and goes beyond all expectations. I will definitely be recommending this company to everyone I know. Not only was I a single pregnant mum but also helpless at times, they were so helpful around the house and would help me if i needed something, its the small detail that makes a company stand out and the personality of the staff that represent the company, clearly they have been taught well how to please and look after customers. I was a bit apprehensive to begin with, as I didn’t understand how it all works and was completely baffled. However, Maria had guided me through the process and patiently explained everything I needed to know. I was very pleased with the customer service and not to forget the job that they had done, the results were just astonishing. I thought it would just be a regular clean however these guys really did go the extra mile, they cleaned every little aspect made sure it was all dust free even the areas we don't see or use. They had also finished off with a beautiful touch of disinfecting everything to give us a peace of mind for me and my employees. They were all clearly highly trained and everyone was wearing face masks and adhering to the covid restrictions.
